The best sauna in Barcelona, no question. The pool is fantastic and the staff are incredibly friendly. Feels luxury for the price. I spent over 4 hours just enjoying the thermal areas.

Been to many saunas across Europe and Thermas is in the top three for sure. The vibe is super relaxed, the pool is huge and warm, and the bar prices are reasonable. socializing area is a total maze in the best way.

Very good sauna, very central location. Sunday afternoon was perfect — quiet and relaxed. Gym area is decent too if you want a pump before hitting the steam room.

Wow. Just wow. The guys here are gorgeous and the sheer size of the place means you can always find a quiet spot or jump right into the action. Highly recommend the Friday night warm-up!

Really clean facilities. I appreciate that the staff enforce basic hygiene rules. The lockers are large enough for a winter coat and small bag. Knocked off one star because the drinks at the bar are a bit basic.

I live in Barcelona and this is my regular spot. The Sunday mature/bear afternoon is always a fantastic vibe. No attitude, just great guys wanting to connect.

The rooftop sun deck is an absolute game changer. Enjoying the late afternoon Barcelona sun completely nature before heading downstairs to the steam room... paradise.

Visiting as a couple and we had a phenomenal time. We booked a private massage which was professional and deeply relaxing. It gets incredibly busy after midnight on Saturdays though, almost too crowded to move.

Probably the best socializing labyrinth I’ve ever experienced. You can literally get lost in the relaxation areas. Fantastic energy and everyone was highly respectful of boundaries.

Can't fault it. Spent literally half my holiday in here. The dry sauna gets properly hot (unlike some places) and the cold plunge pool is exactly what you need right after.

バルセロナに来たら必ず寄るサウナです。清潔さと設備の充実度がヨーロッパのゲイサウナでは最高レベルだと思います。プールの水温も最高で、1人でもすぐに友達ができました。

ヨーロッパのゲイサウナを10箇所以上訪れましたが、Thermasは間違いなくトップクラス。月曜日は比較的空いていてゆったり過ごせました。25歳以下だと割引があるのもありがたいです。

初めての海外ゲイサウナで緊張していましたが、フロントのスタッフが笑顔で丁寧にシステムを英語で説明してくれたので安心しました。ジャグジーでワインを飲んでいると色々な国の人が話しかけてくれます。

客層が本当に幅広い！若いイケメンから渋いダディまで何でもありの空間。暗証番号じゃなくてリストバンド型の鍵なのも、落とす心配がなくて良いです。

ゲイシャンプラのホテル（Axel）から歩いて3分くらいで最高の立地！深夜まで遊んで、そのまま歩いてホテルに帰れるのが最高に便利でした。
